Even when the target tries to dodge the attack, they will be unable to correctly maneuver to avoid it. This allows the wandering ninja to attack freely and have a higher chance to injure their target.

Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. Kakashi will withdraw the tracking scroll from the pouch on his vest and wipe the blood of the one he wants tracked on it. After forming the needed handseals, he will slam the scroll onto the ground. This will release his nin dogs into the earth to follow their excellent sense of smell to track the targets blood. This allows Kakashi to track his short range target, even when he can not see them. This technique can also be used to set up his Raikiri. After finding their target the dogs will emerge from the ground to bite and pin down their target. This can allow Kakashi to execute the Raikiri without fear of a counter attack.

History: Tazuna Grew up training hard. He faught hard he is of the Hyuuga clans main branch. Tazuna now spends time occasianally doin missions but more so helping the Younger Hyuuga's with thier Bloodline Jutsu. He takes pride in helping them and someday soon he's gonna take some students as Genin and begin teaaching them the ways. Tazuna was taught them all by his Father he now uses them well.

Role Play Sample:
Tazuna walks on to the field for the Chuunin exams this is the final fight to prove who's the best. He looks up as his hair blows around he stares at his opponent.
"I will win. I refuse to lose"
Tazuna runs at his opponent and at the last second he spins around him and as his opponent turns around Tazuna moves in for the kill.

After the 254th hit His opponent stands there stunned and just falls over knocking dust from around him Tazuna let's out a big Exhale and looks at the kid on the ground.
